Our load cells provide quick and accurate readings, offering affordability and a longer lifespan compared to other sensors. High-Capacity Battery
With the high-capacity battery, a simple 3 hour charge allows for
a full day of productivity.
The battery remains protected from accidental impacts as the slot cover is protected
with a safety lock which protects the battery from falling in case of impact.
Autoclose Mode for Secure Operations
The safety pin activates the autoclose function.
In order to insert the safety pin, the hook must be closed manually. If the hook is open, the safety pin cannot be inserted.
Once the safety pin is properly inserted and rotated to activate the autoclose system, it locks and cannot be removed during the closing process.
When modifying the position of the safety pin and inserting it in the bottom slot, the autoclose sensor activates itself and gives the order to lock the safety latch.
Dual Remote Controlled Release for Quick Release Hooks
The Elebia Drop Test Release Hook is designed for use with a dual remote control system.
We have chosen to implement a dual remote control setup, employing two emini remotes to enhance error mitigation.
Utilizing distinct frequencies for each remote adds an additional layer of security, making it more challenging for potential hackers to intercept and decipher the signals.
The likelihood of inadvertent order transmission is greatly reduced, given the necessity for precise button sequences on each remote within predefined time parameters.
For optimal operation, it is recommended to assign two separate workers to independently operate each remote.

Shackle Integration with Drop Test Release Hook
Our quick release drop tester is supplied with a shackle. The Green Pin® Bow Shackle BN is a bow shackle with a safety bolt. The shackle offers a double safety (split pin and safety bolt) which prevents accidental unscrewing of the pin.
